What is Club Volleyball?
Aumni Club Volleyball is designed for players ready to take the next step in their development. Players are placed on teams and compete against other club teams.

What club levels does Aumni Offer?
For the 2026-2027 season, Aumni will offer Local Club teams.
Local Club
Our entry level of club volleyball and the next step after the DevelopHER League. Teams compete locally in the Alliance Volleyball League.
Future Club Levels
As our club program grows, we plan to expand into:
- Regional - Competes through Southern California in the SCSN
- National - Competes in higher level events throughout Southern California and across the U.S.

What are the Club Season Dates?
Our 2026-2027 Club Volleyball Season begins in September with tryouts and preseason practices, followed by the official club season in November:
- Tryouts: September 9th, 2026
- Preseason Practice/Evaluation Period: Sept 21st- Oct 28th, 2026
- Club Season: November - May, 2027

How much does it cost?
For the 2026-2027 season, Club Fees for our local program is $2,100 for the full season, which consists of a $500 non-refundable roster deposit and 8 monthly installments of $200.

Full-Season Commitment: Accepting a roster spot is a commitment to the entire club season. Installment payments are provided as a convenience to spread the total cost of the season and do not represent month-to month enrollment.
We understand that every family's financial situation is different. Additional payment arrangments may be available upon request.

Whats included in Club Fees?
Club fees for our 12U-14U teams include:
- Gym rental fees
- Tournament fees,
- Equipment,
- Coaches expenses,
- Administrative fees,
- Team uniforms

What is not included in the Club Fees?
Not included in the club fees is USAV Insurance Registration and AAU Insurance Registration. Additional costs for traveling, hotel, food, tournament entry fee, etc. is not included.

What is the refund policy?
Aumni Sports understands that circumstances may arise that affect an athlete’s ability to participate during the club season. The following refund policy applies to the 2026–2027 Aumni Volleyball Club Season.
Season-Ending Injury
- Families may request cancellation of future payments for a documented season-ending injury.
- Medical documentation from a licensed medical provider confirming that the athlete cannot participate for the remainder of the season is required.
- Once approved, future payments will stop beginning with the next scheduled monthly payment.
- Payments already made will not be refunded.
Temporary Injury or Medical Leave
- If an injury or medical leave is temporary, the athlete’s roster position will be held and regular payments will continue.
- Temporary injuries do not qualify for a refund or payment pause.
Voluntary Withdrawal or Dismissal
- If an athlete voluntarily withdraws, quits, or is dismissed for violating team or club policies, no refunds will be issued and the remaining season balance remains due.
- Voluntarily withdrawing or quitting the team does not automatically cancel my remaining financial obligation. Exceptions may be reviewed by Aumni Sports on a case-by-case basis.
- Aumni Sports may suspend or remove an athlete for nonpayment, excessive absences, misconduct, or violations of club expectations. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Where is the club team located?
We are located in Fontana, CA.
All practices are currently held in Fontana at the local middle school .

What age divisions do Aumni offer?
Eligible Club Teams (2026-2027 Season):
- Girls 14U
- Girls 12U
Future Eligible Club Teams:
- Girls 11U
- Girls 13U
- Girls 15U
- Girls 16U
- Girls 17U/18U

How are age/grade division determined?
USA Volleyball SCSN Age/Grade based competition rules:
- 10U/4th Grade: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2016
- 11U/5th Grade: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2015
- 12U/6th Grade: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2014
- 13U/7th Grade: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013
- 14U/8th Grade: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012
- 15U/9th Grade: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
- 16U/10th Grade: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
- 17U/11th Grade: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
- 18U/12th Grade: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008

How many players on a roster?
We will have a maximum of 12 players on a team.

How can I try out for the team?
For the 2026-2027 season, Club Team tryouts will be held on Wednesday, Sept 9th, 2026.

What happens after tryouts?
Selected players will receive a roster offer with instructions and a deadline to accept. Once accepted and registered, players will begin preseason practices with their team.

What days are the practices?
Our club practice schedule is typically Mondays & Wednesdays between the hours of 6PM - 9PM in Fontana, CA.
Practices are typically 1.5-2 hours long. There may be occacional Friday or Saturday practices at the coaches discretion.

How is club volleyball different than the DevelopHER League?
DevelopHER focuses on development and league play. Players are divided into equal teams and compete against each other weekly. Club is the next step, with dedicated teams, consistent practices and competition against other programs.

Is Team Gear required to Participate?
All players are required to have the official Aumni Sports Team Gear Package to participate in games and represent the club.
Team Gear Package includes the following:
- (1) Practice Shirt
- (2) Game Jerseys Sets
- (2) Game Shorts
- (1) Aumni Sports Sweater
- (1) Aumni Sports backpack

How often do teams play games or tournaments?
Our teams typically participate in one local tournament per month.
Additional tournaments may be scheduled at the coaches discretion.

Where are games held?
Most of our tournaments will be held locally in the San Bernardino County area, but occasionally, we may travel to Orange County, or Los Angeles County.

Is playing time guranteed?
No, playing time is not guranteed or required to be equal amongst players. Coaches will do their best to balance competitive play and playing time for all players.

How are missed practices or games addressed?
Holidays, school closures, and occasional schedule changes are built into program pricing. These dates are not eligible for credits or refunds.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer makeup sessions, prorates, or refunds for missed or canceled practices and games. Thanks for understanding!

Does every player make the team?
No every player does not make the team but we will have practice player options if we have avaiability on the roster.

Late Payment Policy
Accounts are considered late one week after the installment is due. Players with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to practice or compete until paid in full. Special arrangements will need to approved by a director.
