About the DevelopHER Volleyball League!

Development Focused!

The DevelopHER Volleyball League is a girls volleyball league designed to help players learn, improve and gain confidence. Competition is part of the experience, but our primary goal is player development.

League Format!

The league meets twice per week, typically with one practice and one game day each week.

Practice Days: Players attend their assigned practice slot for focused skill development.
Game Days: All players report for pregame warm-up followed by gameplay.

Unified Coaching Model!

Practices are run in an academy-style format where all players train together. This allows coaches to deliver consistent instruction and maximize growth in each athlete.

Professional Coaching!

Every league session is led by trained Aumni coaches who manage instruction, game flow and player experience. Our coaching structure ensures practices and games are organized, instructional, and positive.
